Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of promotional events and customer engagement initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities. Welcome attendees and provide professional assistance. Organize event materials, displays, and supplies. Help coordinate event logistics and daily activities. Maintain organized event spaces throughout promotional events. Gather attendee feedback to support future event improvements. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Represent the company professionally during promotional events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and reliability.
