Job Description
Jobsource is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with an opportunity for direct hire after a 3-month probationary period. Position is in the City of Commerce CA.
Responsibilities
●Lead and organize daily warehouse operations
●Assign and supervise team tasks
●Monitor workflow efficiency and productivity
●Ensure accuracy in inventory handling and order processing
●Track and report missing or damaged items
●Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
●Work actively on the warehouse floor alongside the team
Qualifications
Core Experience
●2–5+ years of warehouse or production floor experience
●Prior experience leading a team (preferably 5–10 employees)
Preferred Experience In:
●Electronics processing
●Refurbishment
●Returns/RMA
●Reverse logistics
●E-commerce fulfillment
● Testing/grading/repair workflow
Additional Requirements
●Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
●Basic understanding of inventory control
●Barcode scanning/WMS experience preferred
●Dependable and detail-oriented
●Physically active on the floor (not office-based only)
Shift:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20-$23/hour DOE
