Liberty Development Company is a commercial real estate development company; LDC Construction, the design-build construction arm of Liberty Development Company, is now accepting resumes for a qualified construction project superintendent in commercial projects involving both site and building construction.
The position requires significant prior experience in that role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the daily on-site supervision, scheduling and coordination of all sub-trades, project field documentation, coordination and safety meetings, storm-water management compliance, and job-site safety requirements necessary to timely complete local, new, ground-up commercial construction projects. PEMB experience a plus.
