Job Description

• Retrieve, review, and follow Quality Assurance Program (QAP) documentation accurately.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications.
• Identify simple deviations in materials or components from customer specifications and report as needed.
• Assemble and disassemble products within the assigned product line according to established procedures.
• Maintain quality and consistency while completing assembly tasks.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines at all times.

• High school diploma or GED required (proof of education required).
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Must wear steel-toe boots and follow required safety protocols.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift components weighing up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
