The department specializes in neuro, orthopedic, robotics, and some pediatric cases, along with standard service lines such as urology, general, and gynecology. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to pick cases independently. Teamwork and quality assurance are the primary expectations for this role. The candidate may be required to float to similar units as needed. The role demands knowledge of aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures. Flexibility to work rotating weekends is essential. The position requires participation in a teaching environment, actively engaging in departmental learning initiatives.
