Senior Accountant

Hybrid, 2 days in Office.

Liberty Personnel is partnered with a local Public Accounting Firm seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to add to their team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for business clients.
• Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare adjusting journal entries and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Assist clients with accounting-related inquiries and day-to-day financial matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA or EA Certification is required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a public accounting environment.
• Experience working with C-Corporations and S-Corporations across various industries.
