Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Remote Call Center / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound communications, assist customers with inquiries, and provide solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
• Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and service requests
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
• Document all customer interactions in the system clearly and accurately
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
• Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and resolution rates
• Follow company procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center software
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Five9
• Familiarity with VoIP phone systems and remote tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual skills are a plus
