We are a busy, well established Italian restaurant known for quality food, fast-paced kitchen, and team oriented atmosphere. We take pride in serving authentic dishes made from scratch.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HAND TOSSED PIZZA CHEF to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has experience working with fresh dough, traditional Italian ingredients, and high-volume production. Reliability, pride in craftsmanship, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Hand-stretch/prepare pizzas and similar menu items in a fast-paced environment
• Manage dough rotation, quality, and safety
• Cook using stone-deck, stack ovens
• Maintain consistancy in quality, presentation, and timing
• Keep a clean, stocked station while following all food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years pizza-making experience
• Strong dough-handling and oven skills
• Strong kitchen ticket management skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Available evenings and weekends (No late nights)
