Position Summary: The Manager, Logistics is responsible for leading and overseeing all Logistics operations within a high-output warehouse, ensuring that all Shipping, Receiving, kitting, and job fulfillment activities meet Production goals, Quality standards, and delivery deadlines. Working closely with the other Logistics leaders, this role ensures a seamless transition from production to final shipment, optimizing distribution and delivery to meet customer demands. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage a dynamic workforce, including up to five direct report supervisors and up to 100 warehouse employees. The Manager, Logistics will drive efficiencies across all Logistics functions, optimize workflows to meet monthly shipment targets, and foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability. This role typically requires 7-10 years of Logistics or Operations experience in a high-volume warehouse environment and proven experience managing large teams, including direct supervisory responsibility. The Manager, Logistics will work collaboratively with departments including Quality, Sales, Engineering, and Assembly to ensure seamless coordination of Shipping, Receiving, and Material Handling operations.
