Job Title: Maintenance Repair Technician Location: Lehighton, PA Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00 Date Posted: 03-30-2026 About The Role The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing interior and exterior repairs across company-owned or leased homes and buildings to ensure safety, compliance, and functionality. This role involves hands‑on maintenance work, routine inspections, material procurement, and collaboration with contractors and internal stakeholders. The technician ensures all environments remain secure, clean, and well‑maintained while supporting operational efficiency and resident well‑being.
