Junior Product Manager We are looking for a motivated and curious student to join the Enterprise Development team as a Junior Product Manager. You will work with stakeholders across campus to understand needs, prioritize work, and collaborate with our development team to design, build, and ship solutions. Mandated Mandatory Mandates You must be a current University of Idaho undergraduate or graduate student, in junior, senior, or graduate standing, pursuing a degree in management information systems, computer science, business, design, or a related field. You must be motivated and curious, and able to understand how things work and why people need what they need. You must be a self‑driven team player ready to collaborate with staff and stakeholders and follow direction while taking ownership of your work. You must adapt quickly and work effectively when priorities shift and the schedule moves fast. You must have strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, especially when it comes to understanding what people need and turning it into a plan. Responsibilities Gather needs from campus departments and stakeholders and translate them into clear requirements, solutions, and priorities. Contribute to backlog prioritization and explain the reasoning behind sequencing decisions. Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans for features and enhancements. Plan and carry out testing for new features and changes; verify they meet requirements before release. Maintain the MyUI card system, including content, tags, and design, to keep the platform navigable. Support communication with the help desk and campus users about changes. Provide light support for Banner‑related questions and requests. Other duties as assigned.
