Minimum 6 (six) months experience of IVIG infusion preferred Hemophiliacs and Factor administration Enzyme administration REQUIREMENTS FOR HOME CARE INFUSION REGISTERED NURSE - RN: Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Utah Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (may obtain after hire) Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable vehicle Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
