Job Description
Job Summary
This position requires the ability to operate large high tech harvesters. This position requires that these individuals travel and have the capability to work long hours and work at night. The incumbents must be highly motivated, have good common sense, experience in driving agricultural machinery and good communication skills along with the ability to speak English. These harvest operators must be easy to work with and are drug free, as a drug test is required. This position also requires that the individuals have a clean and currentCaliforniadriver ’s license. These incumbent’s must be able to work by themselves and with others.
General Description
The incumbent will have responsibility and authority to make decision regarding their job task. This individual will be required to think on their own in dealing with their job duties. Extensive travel is required along with the ability to work long hours at night and day. The incumbents must pass a drug test and have a clean and currentCaliforniadriver ’s license. The incumbent will be operating harvesters at night. Travel expenses paid when required. The incumbent must take pride in their work and be highly motivated.
