Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a vital role in our production line for the new ramp-up phase. You will be responsible for assembling materials, operating machines, and ensuring that parts are inspected before being boxed for shipment. Our team rotates positions to accommodate preferences, ensuring a varied and engaging work experience.
Responsibilities - Assemble materials and operate machinery on the production line.
- Inspect parts for defects before packaging.
- Box inspected parts for shipment.
- Rotate through various positions on the production line as needed.
Essential Skills - A minimum of 6 months recent experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Experience with visual inspection for defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents.
- Demonstrated longevity in previous jobs, with at least 8 months at each of the last three positions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience with mechanical and machine operation is a plus.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of TROY, MI.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
