Overview

We are now hiring drivers to deliver FedEx packages. You will be operating out of the FedEx terminal at 23000 N 7th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85027 .

Responsibilities include:

• Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles to deliver goods across designated routes.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and ensuring their delivery experience is positive.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to lift heavy items regularly, demonstrating physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and moving tasks.
• Knowledge of route driving best practices, traffic laws, and safety protocols.

Schedule:

We offer flexible scheduling and will work with you to create a schedule that fits your needs! Full-time and part-time positions are available. Weekend schedules are required.

Pay and Benefits:

• Drivers will earn $160/day for up to 123 stops
• Additional Pay: $1.30/stop up to 140-190 stops/day
• Weekly paycheck
• Earnings Range: $180 – $250+ per day for high-volume drivers.
• Future FedEx opportunities. No experience necessary.
• Drug test and a physical is required for this position.
• Must be 21 years old.

Prior experience operating commercial vehicles is advantageous but not required.
