Job Description:
This role supports the creation of high-quality marketing content across multiple formats, translating complex topics into clear, engaging narratives that drive audience engagement and conversion.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Write long-form content such as ebooks, guides, blogs, and thought leadership pieces
• Develop short-form content including landing pages, emails, social posts, and event promotions
• Interview SMEs and stakeholders to gather insights and create compelling marketing content
• Support fast-paced marketing campaigns with quick turnaround deliverables
• Review, edit, and optimize existing content for clarity and performance
• Manage multiple projects across an active editorial calendar
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and internal teams to align messaging
• Use AI tools responsibly to enhance efficiency while maintaining originality
• Ensure content aligns with engagement and conversion goals

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of writing experience (internships included) in journalism, publishing, agency, or content marketing
• Strong writing skills across both long-form and short-form content
• Experience creating marketing content (ebooks, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, social media)
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and navigate ambiguity
• Strong research skills and ability to simplify complex or technical topics
• Experience collaborating with SMEs or stakeholders
• Excellent editing, proofreading, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Coachable with a low ego and willingness to take feedback

• Journalism or publishing background
• Agency experience with diverse writing projects
• Experience using AI tools within writing workflows (without over-reliance)
• Exposure to B2B content marketing or demand generation teams
• Event marketing or campaign writing experience
• Familiarity with content strategy or campaign development
