Position OverviewThe Clinical Nurse Educator within a Unit or area of oversite is responsible for collaborating with the unit coordinator, Nurse Managers and Directors of Nursing across sites to plan and implement specific orientation, in-service education, and staff development. Ensures competency of all staff within clinical area. Provides support in review and development of departmental policies and procedures.
