The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people and has a knack for customer service. This role offers immediate results, a fast‑paced environment, and physical activity. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service in homes and businesses. Work with a partner to deliver air duct, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning and water restoration services to residential and commercial customers. Prep areas for service by moving furniture and following safety protocols. Learn from the Lead Cleaning & Restoration Technician to advance to Lead Technician. Educate customers on benefits of additional services. Stock and maintain vehicle equipment and supplies each day. Requirements Valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Ability to move and lift 50 lbs. or more. Exceptional communication skills. Friendly, cooperative and positive attitude. Dependable with reliable transportation. IICRC & NADCA certifications are a plus, but not required.
