Overview 22-25/hr to start PLUS commission in Costco. Lake Elsinore Costco location. Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors for nutritional supplements made by Qunol & Zena. This sales role involves representing and promoting products, engaging with Costco members, and driving sales during scheduled demo shifts. Responsibilities Promote and demonstrate features, benefits, and value of products including Organic Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric lines. Interact with Costco members in a professional and energetic manner to drive sales and brand awareness. Present yourself and the company competently while at Costco and provide excellent customer service on behalf of Direct Dem. Adhere to scheduling communications and participate in mandatory compliance calls with the team or regional manager. Maintain ability to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times per day and transport a 2’ x 4’ folding table and demonstration materials to and from the store. Stand for extended periods and work independently as the only team member at a location when required. Assist with setup and teardown of promotional displays and materials. Compensation & Schedule Starting pay: $22-$25 per hour plus commission based on sales quotas. W-2 employment. Promotional kit provided; bi-weekly pay via direct deposit. Average earnings: commonly $200-$300 per day; top performers $300+ per day. Commission structure includes additional bonuses for meeting sales targets. Shift hours typically 10:00 am – 5:30 pm, with weekends often offering higher commission opportunities. Part-time sales position with several days per week; shifts may vary by demo availability. Requirements Outgoing personality with ability to approach and talk to customers. Experience in direct sales or promotional demonstrations preferred. Basic computer, email, and mobile device skills. Additional Information Shift days and hours may vary weekly depending on demo/club availability. Promotion incentives based on units sold during the demo shift; bonuses may be capped and are contingent on quota attainment. Ineligible to purchase items to reach quota; violations may lead to termination. This is a part-time direct sales position in a major retail environment; driving sales and achieving goals is essential. The role requires 3-4 days per week (10:00 am–5:30 pm); weekends are favorable for commissions.
